 Your Pastry Pal was first imagined by Tamara Hamilton, our beloved mother, whose passion for entrepreneurship & creativity planted the seeds for what would become our family business. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit and vision remain at the heart of everything we do. Every cookie, cake, and pudding is made not just with quality ingredients, but with the same love and dedication she inspired.

 What began as a therapeutic outlet has grown into a heartfelt mission: crafting innovative desserts that bring people together. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or simply looking for something delicious, we make sure you never have to compromise on flavor, texture, or joy.

 We also take pride in baking with care—dedicating separate days and equipment to gluten-free items so that our customers with sensitivities feel safe and included.
